As part of the grand restoration of a 1000+ year-old Shiv Mandir in Panchkholba village, Gujarat, Ramdoot Restores is creating a sacred Time Capsule — a symbolic vessel of civilisational memory, spiritual strength, and cultural legacy.

On August 23, 2025, the final day of Shravan month, this capsule will be ritually placed beneath the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Designed to survive centuries, this capsule will hold the names of all those who stood for Dharma in our time.

Crafted in metal and stone and sealed in sacred rituals, the capsule will contain: –

• Your Name, Etched into the Legacy of Dharma The Time Capsule will carry the names of all donors — carefully documented and preserved using enduring archival methods. Each name will rest beneath the sacred Garbhagriha, becoming a timeless part of this temple’s restoration journey and Sanatan history.
• A Hand-Inscribed Metal Scroll
  This time capsule will contain written record of the temple restoration, and a summary of Sanatan Dharma’s core tenets. This will include carefully selected scriptures, historical records, temple architecture details, traditional rituals, cultural symbols, and messages for future generations.
• 5 Panchdhatu Idols
  Representing Shiv, Vishnu, Durga, Surya, and Ganesh.
•  5 Sacred Malas
  Including Rudraksha, Tulsi, Kamalgatta, Sphatik, and Vaijayanti.
• 9 Ancient Grains
  Symbolising prosperity and fertility — Wheat, Barley, Millet, etc.
•  11 Spiritual Seeds
  Like Bel, Neem, Ashwagandha, Peepal, and Tulsi — carriers of life and healing.
• Leaves of 11 Holy Trees
  Representing the eternal cycle of life and dharma.
  Everything will be preserved scientifically to endure for at least a millennium. This is not the final list of what will be placed inside the Time Capsule. As we move through the sacred month of Shravan, more elements may be added. The capsule will be placed beneath the temple in a sealed underground vault, built using stone interlocking architecture and protected against time, moisture, and decay. Its exact location will be measured from the inner walls of the Garbhagriha — the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. This measurement will be precisely documented and recorded as a fixed distance protocol. This system, designed by our Ramdoot Restores team, will act as a civilisational GPS — so that even if the temple is destroyed or buried in time, future generations will be able to locate the capsule using its recorded distance from the sanctum walls. This method is now our standardised preservation protocol, and will be replicated in every temple we restore or rebuild in the future — ensuring that across centuries and across temples, the voice of Sanatan Dharma remains discoverable.
